Hi I see Maxmind not support GeoIP.dat format file.
May be somebody see Plugin or Component for CakePHP 2.6 and new db format GeoLite2-City.mmdb ?

Looks like they provide an API to use GeoIP2.

Yes, you are right, but I think maybe exist a Component or Plugin for CackePHP 2.6.x version.
That API uses Namespaces and composer I think it complicated to use in 2.6.4 version
