How to integrate CakePHP + Google Merchant?

What I need:

  1. Generate item list like: ID, Name, Link to img, link to produt, price, price (sale) to XML file and save it on the save hosting where my CakePHP located
  2. Add that link to GoogleMerchant
  3. Add remarketing Scripts to my CakePHP site

ps: I need remarketing campaign to getBack customer which ones added items to the cart but didn’t buy.
