Error with Postgres timestamp without timezone persist also in CakePHP 4.0.3 Strawberry

CakePhp 4.0.1 Postgres timestamp without timezone

I use Postgres. Users.created is timestamp without timezone When i have Users.created in the query, i receive this error: DateTimeImmutable::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (19/03/2015 22:37:48) at position 0 (1): Unexpected character

CakePHP 4.0.2 the error persist for Postgres timestamp without time zone
