Cakephp not able to play articulate storyline 2 in iPhone and iPad

my application is in cakephp framework and i uploaded articulate folder in my application. which is working well in desktop and android phone. but not able to play in iphone or ipad. following link is my uploaded articualte.

I am also facing the same issue. My iTunes is not responding properly and it is asking for verification. I have verified all these properly but again it is showing iTunes verification failed. I can’t findout the reason.
