I want export index page listed table data based on search result. I using ProLoser/CakePHP-CSV ( CakePHP-CSV)this plugin. Kindly guide me to use this properly.

That seems to be a very old, and unsupported plugin (Last time anything was done on it was 3 years ago!). It probably doesn’t support the latest versions of CakePHP.
I would suggest using https://github.com/FriendsOfCake/cakephp-csvview instead.
