How to remove acl from an app 2.2

hello, i have a serious problem i’m facing since 3 days, i found a cakephp app 2.2 which i want to wrok on it, i’m running xamp 3.2.4. the problem is the acl ! i want to remove then all because when i try to create a new table and o i want to run the controller i don’t have permission because it’s not included in the acos. and i couldn’it make it work so i decided to remove all the acl and work on my app without those permission , since it’s just a local host. any help i will appreciate thanks u all
