If you are using docker(I’m assuming this because I saw [your post](https://discourse.cakephp.org/t/unable-to-access-cakephp-development-server-from-browser/11234/1)), make sure you use [volumes](https://docs.docker.com/storage/volumes/) instead of [bind mounts](https://docs.docker.com/storage/bind-mounts/). It can have significant impact on performance when using docker.
