can you use join() method on a get?

$this-\>Articles-\>get($id)-\>join(…)

It appears that it raises method undefined…

The `get` function returns an entity, not a query object. So, no. You can do this, though:

```
$this->Articles->get($id, ['contain' => ['Tags']]);
```

if that’s the sort of thing you wanted to use the `join` to accomplish.
