Hi, I created a cake website and in one of my form we can attach document.
This site is Persian and Arabic in all characters attachment works well except one character:
“م” which Unicode of this character is: [U+0645]. I tested all character in file name all work well every file that has م I got below error:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /chronology/webroot/files/occations/91/بریده Ù on this server.
Apache/2.4.39 (Win64) PHP/7.2.18 Server at localhost Port 80
This site is on intranet but on internet also I have same problem.
