Can you help me please? I don’t know why is giving me the analyze error, I created a file named rector.yaml in the directory upgrade, but it still gives me that error.

Can someone please help me? When I run bin/cake upgrade rector --rules cakephp40 <path/to/app/src> it gives me this error:
